Our refund policy lasts 30 days and you can request a refund without any reason or explanation within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your subscription, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Recomify does not provide any direct refunds on application subscriptions as we cannot fulfill these requests. Please contact Shopify support for refunds. After you request a refund, Shopify will reach us regarding your request and we'll approve your refund request as soon as possible.
